Every job's priced individually based on condition and buildup, but here's a rough range to get you started.
Rough ballpark only — final pricing depends on surface condition, buildup type, and access. We'll confirm exact pricing after reviewing your property.
We're Devery & Devon, the husband-and-husband team behind SmartWash Michigan — proudly Michigan's first gay-owned power washing company. We built this business together from the ground up, and we're genuinely, ridiculously proud of it — every driveway, every roof, every happy customer is something we did as a team.
We still hold hands walking up to give an estimate. We still high-five after a good job. Fifteen years in and we'd still rather spend the day soaked and covered in grime next to each other than anywhere else. Turns out that kind of partnership shows up in the work — when you love what you're building (and who you're building it with), it's hard not to do it right.
So yes, we're in love. We're also really, really good at pressure washing.
